You may have seen many ads stating “no cost refinance” loans lately, this is essentially a mortgage program that states there are no fees or expenses when you undergo a mortgage refinance of your existing mortgage.
This transaction is where the mortgage lender/broker agrees to pay the settlement costs and fees such as: processing, underwriting, appraisal, title/escrow, loan origination points, etc. We currently do not offer this option at the moment.
